Being slightly jet lagged, we took a short walk around the neighborhood to keep from sleeping in the late afternoon, and we ran across Olivia, an excellent Tuscany style restaurant in the middle of Oslo..we did give a slight nod to local cuisine by adding smoked salmon( twice today!) to our salad. I believe we chose wisely!
