Tuesday morning after a few Nespressos, and it was time to hike:) we knew we were on the correct path because it was marked with a "GP" for Gary and Peggy... about 5 miles, thankfully straight up first, and we returned back to San Giorgio for a welcomed lunch.
We sat next to a couple from D.C. who were heading into Verona for the opera in the arena we were at yesterday. Having never been, they appreciated our "local's" insight.
Perfect cherries for the final 2 miles...
