Hisa Franko. .thanks to Dan!

On our drive from Valpolicella to Bled, Slovenia, we stopped for a treat!
And some photos of the scenery and the plating. ..it would take too long to explain each dish,  but they were delicious.  For those wondering rightly,  I did get replacement ingredients for the kid goat brain and the sweetbreads.
