Driving just north of Verona and east of Lago di Garda, we arrived at our home for the next 6 nights...Brunelli Winery's Agriturismo. 5 generations of wine makers, well known in this area, and the mom, Luciana, made dinner reservations for us at trip advisor's #1 restaurant, La Divina. Great choice! We honored her by ordering their Valpolicella Classico. (14 euros)
Specialty of the region was grilled radicchio covered in parmesan...
The filet mignon grilled and simmered in amarone sauce was excellent.
We greatly enjoyed the sun setting over Lake Garda from the power table:)
Why not add some dark chocolate?
And finish with their idea of lemon sorbet...a little prosecco added to it:)
A very memorable and unexpected treat for 468 plus 1 day..
