Trattoria Caprini...thank you!

In need of some serious protein and pasta, we stumbled ( almost literally) into one of the highly acclaimed eateries in the area. We arrived 5 minutes before their 2 pm closing time, and yet they still served us like family. Local prosciutto with cheese for the protein part, my black truffle covered tagliettelli and Peggy's ravioli with fresh tomato ragu for the pasta part.


Eating outdoors is great until the clock tower chimes louder than expected! Fruit for dessert? Sure...cooked cherries with vanilla ice cream (over 20 cherries) and sauteed peaches.
